Green smoothie for beginners

If you're new to the world of green smoothies and don't know how to make one, just start with this simple yet delicious recipe.

Ingredients:
3 dl freshly squeezed orange juice
1 ripe banana (one with small brown spots)
1 teaspoon Organiqa Supergreen Mix

Squeeze the juice from the oranges, add to your blender with the other ingredients and blend them together. 
Drink this very tasty green drink within 10 minutes if possible, so the nutrients it contains do not lose their value.
