Vegan zucchini cream soup with hemp seeds

The colder days are coming, so a nice, warm and delicious cream soup will warm you up.
Its preparation requires neither a lot of time nor a lot of kitchen experience, even inexperienced chefs can give it a try.

Ingredients for 2 servings:
1 medium zucchini
1 head red onion
1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
salt, pepper
3-4 basil leaves
5 dl plant milk/water
1 tbsp lemon juice
6 tsp Organiqa Pea Protein Powder
Organiqa Organic Hulled Hemp Seeds

Preparation: Dice the red onion, garlic and zucchini. Fry the onion and garlic in oil, then add the zucchini and salt and pepper. Sauteé it then pour the plant milk or water over it, add basil leaves. Cook for 10 minutes, then add Organiqa Organic Pea Protein Powder and lemon juice. Puree the soup with a hand blender until creamy. Add more seasoning if necessary.

Serve with Organiqa Organic Shelled Hemp Seeds, Basil Leaves, Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar.
