Veganer frittierter Proteinbrei

Vegan baked protein oats

Ingredients for 6 slices:
150 grams of rolled oats
50 g Organiqa Protein Mix Chocolate & Maca
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tsp cinnamon
2 bananas
2 dl plant milk
50 grams of blueberries

Preparation: Mix the ingredients in an oiled casserole dish, then smooth out the batter evenly. You can sprinkle the top with fresh blueberries and oats. Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes. Let it cool for a few minutes, then slice.
